The Dubai Hotel in Gwangju Metropolitan City exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was beautifully furnished, with a super comfortable bed and crisp linens. I was pleasantly surprised by the high-end massage chair and the convenient dry cleaning machine for our clothes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. And the best part was the delicious breakfast, offering a fantastic mix of Korean and western options, including three types of meat.

I booked a room with a good bed, satellite TV, climate control, and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was adjacent to many restaurants and a lot of evening action as well as super market.

All the stuffs where helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory and there was variety of DELICIOUS food.

We stayed at a hotel in a vibrant, bustling area full of bars and restaurants. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to other areas via bus or subway. We were impressed with the room's high-quality amenities, including a jet bathtub and LG styler, and the staff's helpfulness excelled in every way imaginable, from check-in to check-out. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, as the freshly prepared food was always flavorful and diverse, with something for everyone.

The amenities in the room were great. the toiletries and towels were well stocked and kept clean and tidy. the hotel also had a good range of TV channels to choose from with clear reception. In terms of location, it was easy to find restaurants and bars within walking distance. the hotel was very close to some major tourist attractions, which was a good advantage.

The bed did not offer much support and the pillows were too hard, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. the staff at the hotel were not very friendly and did not offer much assistance when we tried to ask for recommendations on what to do and where to go in the area.
